Leonard joined Tursec Security Group in March, 2020. In his current role as the Group HR Business Partner (GHRBP), Leonard partners with the management and leads our HR teams to ensure that talent opportunities are maximised to deliver strategic initiatives and business objectives. He holds an MBA [Strategic Management], Bachelors Degree in Business Management [Finance], a Higher Diploma in Industrial Relations from USIU, a Higher Diploma in HR from Cambridge College, and he is a member of the Institute of Human Resource Management (IHRM). Leonard has over 14 years of experience in HR both in the private and public sectors. He’s responsible for Human Resources nationwide.
